Insurance & payment
At Resilient Path Counseling & Therapy, we are currently in-network with all major insurances/ out-of-network for some selected plans. For clients choosing self-pay, we can provide a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.
Affordability options
We understand that financial circumstances can vary. Depending on current openings and specific criteria, a limited number of sliding scale spots may be available. Please inquire during your initial consultation to see if you qualify for a sliding scale spot.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer spots to other clients in need of counseling services.
